Rates
• On Season Rates (December 1 to March 28):
  $300/night
• Off Season Rates (April 1 to November 30):
  $275/night
• Rate is for up to six guests. Each additional
  guest is $25 per night
• Three night minimum stay.
   • Ten person maximum occupancy
• Refundable security deposit of $500 is due at
  time of reservation
• Cleaning fee of $250
• Discount of 10% for up to 10 or more days
 (only applicable during off season)
• Rates are subject to change at any time and Holiday rates may vary

Taxes
• Rates are subject to General Excise Tax - 4.166%
• Transient Accommodations Tax - 7.25%
